Constant Disconnect from the Server

I have recently bought the collector's edition of Deformers for the PS4 and have yet to play a single match due to the fact that every time I join a lobby, I am disconnected from the server right at the end of the countdown usually between 2 to 3 seconds. I have high speed internet and play plenty of other of online games without any lag at all but I can't seem to play a single match of Deformers. How can i fix this.

Still "Could not find or create a lobby"

Could you provide the following information? (Same request for anyone else who posts in here about having the same issue.)

Platform
Which game mode you're selecting (or if it happens in all game modes)
Which region you're playing from
If you're playing in a party or matchmaking solo
Any troubleshooting steps you may have taken (restarting client, power cycling network, etc.)
